He founded The Effect Global to be a company that would provide high-quality service and support to its ongoing clientele. As a strategic thinker and decision maker, he possesses an innate ability to translate creative and innovative vision to formulate an operational plan to execute and achieve goals.
As a board member of many prestigious companies, and founder of several highly thriving organizations, Stewart has a unique and dynamic perspective of the most complex problems and is adept at working with individuals, teams, and leadership to create long-lasting and sustainable impact. He understands how important it is to foster workplace morale while building respect among team members in order to achieve excellence.
Olympic level athlete meets high performing executive
Stewart draws on his unique experiences as an Olympic Athlete and executive to work with clients, providing unique and progressive solutions. His training provides inspiration, determination, and drive outside of his sport of Taekwondo. A true leader and visionary, Stewart is highly competitive in nature. After retiring from his athletic career, he entered the business world and soon found success in leading others.
